Assistant Manager / Manager - Business & Corporate Banking (Digital & AI Initiatives)

If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us… Overview The Assistant Manager / Manager - Digital & AI Initiatives support the planning, execution, digital & AI initiatives by coordinating business requirements, cross-functional stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and project administration activities. This role assists the Lead, Digital & AI Initiatives in translating business needs into actionable functional specifications, supporting projects from requirements gathering and solution evaluation through to implementation and user adoption. Job Responsibilities: • Assist business units in capturing, structuring, and refining digital and AI functional requirements across Business & Corporate Banking. • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and actionable task breakdowns. • Act as an operational liaison between business stakeholders, regional technology teams, risk, compliance, and external vendor teams. • Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints to align digital/AI tools with regulatory, risk management, and security guidelines. • Prepare project status reports, tracking dashboards, presentation decks, and governance documentation for review. • Conduct desk research on corporate banking digitalization trends, fintech developments, and practical AI applications to suggest platform optimizations. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of total experience in technology / digital transformation, program and transformation management or technology delivery, with exposure to Business & Corporate Banking or financial services. • Prior background in Technology Transformation, Program & Transformation Management, or Technology Consulting / IT Advisory from professional services or consulting firms is strongly preferred and considered a major advantage • Working understanding of corporate banking workflows, such as trade finance, cash management, credit processing, or digital onboarding. • Practical familiarity with digital workflows, API integrations, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies; foundational understanding of practical AI/ML applications in banking. • Strong hands-on business analysis capabilities, project coordination skills, vendor tracking abilities, and clear written / verbal communication skills.
