Business Operations & Customer Program Specialist (Fresh Graduate) Description - What a Business Operations & Customer Program Specialist (Fresh Graduate) does at HP: Customer Events & Engagement • Plan and execute customer events, executive briefings, partner engagements, workshops, webinars, and roundtable sessions. • Coordinate customer invitations, registrations, event logistics, venue arrangements, and communications. • Work closely with sales teams to support customer engagement and pipeline generation activities. • Prepare event materials, agendas, speaker briefings, and post-event summaries. • Track event outcomes, attendance, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.
