Accountant - Mall Finance

Job Responsibilities • Prepare monthly journals and schedules for review, including preparation of monthly accounting entries • Prepare and analysis of monthly PL variance commentary • Prepare tenant recovery and expenses forecasting and budgeting • Assist/perform in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reporting to management • Work closely with business units to follow up on any operational and capex matter • Work closely with other departments to follow up on any inter-department/ inter-companies transactions • Assist weekly audit and review SOP • Any other ad hoc tasks Job Requirements • Degree in Finance/Accounting, with minimum 3-5 years of experience • Preferably with auditing experience • Team player with high integrity and sense of urgency • Possess strong project management skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy on work deliverables Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
