[What you will be working on] • Manage the collection and refund of tax revenue and government payouts through electronic and non-electronic means • Ensure compliance in accounting and internal control practices and guidelines • Improve work practices and operational procedures through data analytics and innovation • Conduct data analysis to understand taxpayers' payment behaviour to develop strategies to encourage e-Payment/Refund • Use end user tools (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Python), design thinking and behavioural insights to improve work processes and customer service delivery • Embrace digitalization at work and co-create solutions with stakeholders [What we are looking for] • Background in accounting, business or economics • Good numerical and computer literacy • Good critical thinking and analytical skills • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills • Good interpersonal skills • Resourceful and a team player • Good written and verbal communication skills We regret to inform that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
