Operations & Client Relations Executive Basic + Incentive

Your Responsibilities • Draft and post job ads on social media and other recruitment platforms • Find and engage candidates, members and clients through phone calls, networking, referrals, job fairs and other channels • Walk new members through registration, job requirements, payments, benefits and onboarding • Learn clients' manpower needs, work schedules and requirements • Pair candidates with suitable openings using our automated matching system • Interview and evaluate candidates on job duties, grooming standards, salary expectations, benefits and overall fit • Nurture strong relationships with current and potential clients • Keep in touch with candidates and clients so the hiring and placement process runs smoothly • Strive to meet individual and team targets What We're Looking For • A dependable, responsible and service-focused mindset • A readiness to learn and keep up in a fast-paced setting • A results-driven approach with the motivation to hit targets • Comfort with working onsite and visiting clients' offices when needed • Availability by phone after regular hours when required • Willingness to work weekends when rostered (you'll get two rest days every week, scheduled around operational needs) What's In It for You • Structured training and ongoing support for new joiners • Performance-based incentives • Hands-on experience building relationships with clients • Room to develop your skills in client management and business development • A people-centred role where you can grow a strong professional network
