Sales Operations Intern Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to support the Sales team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities. This role provides exposure to sales operations, reporting, data management, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the Sales team's internal contact lists, databases, and records , ensuring information is accurate and up to date. • Assist in preparing regular sales reports, data tracking, and basic performance analytics . • Support the team in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Assist with documentation, data entry, coordination, and other day-to-day Sales Operations activities. • Work closely with Sales team members to ensure internal information and operational processes are properly maintained. • Support other ad-hoc administrative and operational matters as required. Requirements • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related discipline . • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint . • Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail. • Comfortable working with data and numbers. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn. • Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
