Regional Supervisor, Last Mile (Johor Bharu)

Job Responsibilities • Assist Region Heads in monitoring Station performance and operational compliance • Improve operational processes that directly translate into higher delivery performance metrics • Enforce company policies, procedures and disciplines as appropriate. • Assist in the planning of curriculum and lessons for Station under their supervision • Provide general and technical training to Station under their supervision • Assist in conducting Station assessment audits • Perform other duties related to the job that may be assigned on case to case basis • Report any noncompliance in Station operational processes to the Management • Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements • Take care of own and others' safety. • Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
