Assistant Service Manager

Job Description: • Responsible for maintenance and add-on related activities, including meetings, coordination, and supervision works. • Plan the maintenance schedule and ensure that work schedules are executed planned. • Review and check the service reports and ensure the information is accurate the purposes of quotation submission, invoicing for completed works, following up on rectification works if required. • Assign tasks to the team when there are breakdown calls from clients. • Monitor and follow up on the procurement of parts. • Ensure sub-contractor workers follow proper work processes. • Perform price negotiation to meet the budget. • Ensure spare parts and equipment are always maintained at the minimum inventory level. • Provide supervision to Engineers and Technicians for day-to-day work activities. • Follow up on payments from customers. • Forecast future manpower needs to ensure sufficient manpower for assigned tasks. • Coordinate with project teams for project handover. • Arrange and conduct training for staff. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: 1. Diploma / Degree in Engineering. 2. At least 5 years of work experience in the related field. 3. Experience in one or more of the following fields will be an added advantage: · Building Management System · Security, Access Control, CCTV System · Fire Alarm System 4. Good management Skills. 5. Pleasant personality, excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain a positive relationship with customer satisfaction.
