12 Months Contract Business Office Assistant ( CENTRAL )

Working hours : 5 day work week; 42 hours per week Mon to Fri : 630AM to 330PM/4PM OR 10AM/11AM to 8PM Sat : 630AM to 3PM Job Scope - Perform patient’s admission and registration via physical counter or mobile counter - Perform financial counselling – explain hospital agreement, estimated charges, advise on Medisave/Medishield/private shield payment arrangements, collect deposits - Perform billing and cashiering - process bill upon discharge, present bill for payment collection (call the dr) - To request for Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from insurers, follow up for LOGs - Reply to BO related queries via email or calls Requirements • Min GCE ‘A’ Level / ITE / Diploma with 1 year of experience. • Preferably with basic understanding of patient payment processes, including Medisave, Medishield. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Possess initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team. • Keen eye for details coupled with the ability to think and react quickly For interested candidate, please email your resumes to Medical10@recruitexpress.com.sg Denyse Nicole Tan Shuqin (#HDT) Recruit Express Pte Ltd CEI No: R1333503 Company EA license : 99C4599
