FInance Executive

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our Finance Team and support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the Company. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and statements of account. • Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities. • Record invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions accurately. • Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on overdue payments. • Prepare supplier and vendor payments for review and approval. • Process employee expense claims and verify supporting documents. • Perform bank, customer, and supplier account reconciliations. • Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, schedules, and financial reporting. • Assist in monitoring cash balances, upcoming payments, and customer credit limits. • Support GST reporting, statutory audits, tax submissions, and other compliance matters. • Maintain complete and organised accounting records. • Liaise with Operations, Sales, customers, suppliers, banks, and other stakeholders on finance-related matters. • Support improvements to finance procedures, document controls, and accounting workflows. • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned. Requirements • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply. • Candidates with relevant accounting or finance experience will have an added advantage. • Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good organisational and time management skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn. • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
