Customer Service & Operations Executive [SAS]

Key Responsibilities • Provide front-counter and reception support to salespersons, clients and visitors. • Manage walk-in, telephone and email enquiries and provide timely assistance or referral where appropriate. • Process administrative documents, payments and merchandise transactions in accordance with established procedures. • Receive and record payments through cash, cheque and electronic payment channels. • Operate POS, NETS/credit card terminals and other relevant office systems and equipment. • Perform accurate data entry and administrative processing using internal platforms, including REMSPlus2, Admin Module and e-Submission. • Process and update information through relevant external systems, including IRAS, HDB and CEA platforms. • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including franking and depositing mail with SingPost and distributing received mail. • Support the opening and closing of the office, meeting rooms and training rooms. • Assist with general office administration and operational activities. • Undertake other reasonable and relevant duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
