Student Management Officer #Ang Mo Kio

Working hour • Mon & Wed: 7.30 am to 5.30 pm • Tue & Thur: 7.30 am to 3.30 pm • Fri: 7.30 am to 4 pm Key Roles • Manage, record, and monitor late-coming students • Manage and monitor students on detention and suspension • Conduct patrols within and around school premises before, during, and after school hours • Support investigation and documentation of disciplinary incidents • Provide guidance and support to students involved in disciplinary cases • Perform admin duties (updating and filing disciplinary records and incident reports) • Manage confiscation and return of students' handphones/PLDs • Assist with student supervision and crowd management (morning assemblies, recess, dismissal, school events) • Provide admin and operational support for school events as required Requirements • GCE 'N' / 'O' Level certificate or equivalent • At least 1 year's relevant working experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
