Supply Chain Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic Supply Chain transformation initiatives. The role will oversee complex, cross-functional programmes from planning through implementation, ensuring effective governance, timely delivery and successful transition into operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of major Supply Chain transformation initiatives, including e-commerce fulfilment, Store-Friendly Flow (SFF) and other strategic programmes. • Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements and critical paths. • Monitor scope, budget, progress, risks, issues and dependencies, taking proactive action to keep programmes on track. • Ensure programmes deliver agreed business objectives and benefits within scope, budget and timeline. • Provide clear programme reporting and updates to senior leadership and governance forums. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, Engineering and external partners to ensure effective execution. • Drive alignment across multiple workstreams and facilitate timely decision-making and issue resolution. • Maintain strong collaboration across teams to ensure delivery remains aligned with business priorities. • Partner with senior stakeholders to build alignment, manage expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the programme lifecycle. • Lead programme reviews, steering committee meetings and executive workshops. • Provide clear visibility of programme status, key risks, mitigation plans and decisions required. • Drive implementation, cutover and business readiness activities ahead of go-live. • Coordinate transition and post-go-live stabilisation to ensure operational continuity. • Ensure completed solutions are effectively transitioned into BAU operations and that intended business outcomes are realised. Requirements • 8–12 years of experience in project or programme management across Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Technology transformation. • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional transformation programmes . • Strong project governance, stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills. • Experience with WMS, TMS, warehouse automation or logistics operations is highly desirable. • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
