Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities ● Handle customer enquiries, sales support requests, and quotation preparation for air freight shipments. ● Manage import, export, cross-trade, oversized cargo, and cross-border trucking enquiries and arrangements. ● Coordinate with internal departments, customers, overseas agents, operations teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution. ● Liaise with carriers, airlines, agents for booking and shipment updates. ● Prepare competitive pricing, RFQs, and freight solutions based on customer and project requirements. ● Ensure timely and accurate completion of shipping documents, reports, and customer records. ● Support key accounts by responding to service requests and resolving shipment-related issues promptly. ● Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions ● Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction by following standard procedures and preventing recurring issues. ● Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements ● Minimum Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or sales support. ● Knowledgeable of air freight, import, export, or cross-trade shipment procedures. ● Good communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. ● Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pace • Grow your career with a role that provides stability, development, and opportunities for advancement.
