Marketing Manager | M&E Construction & Business Development 📍 Commonwealth 💰 $7,000–$9,000/month , depending on experience 📅 1-Year Renewable Contract 🏗️ M&E Construction Industry Experience Required Marketing & Business Development • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for M&E construction services and capabilities • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market segments • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and upcoming opportunities • Strengthen the company's market positioning and visibility within the construction sector • Prepare company profiles, presentations, proposals and marketing materials • Coordinate corporate events, networking activities and client engagement initiatives Client & Stakeholder Management • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and industry stakeholders • Attend client meetings, networking events, site meetings and industry functions • Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure appropriate follow-up • Gather market and client feedback and provide relevant insights to management • Represent the organisation professionally in external engagements Tender & Proposal Support • Support business development and tender activities through preparation of compelling corporate and project materials • Ensure proposals accurately showcase the company's M&E capabilities, technical expertise and completed projects • Maintain databases of clients, contacts, project opportunities and market intelligence Market Intelligence & Strategy • Monitor developments within the Singapore construction and M&E market • Analyse market information and provide commercial insights to senior management • Evaluate new business opportunities, risks and potential challenges • Recommend practical strategies to support business growth • Work closely with Engineering, Projects, Commercial, Procurement, HR and Operations teams 📩 Interested candidates, do submit your resume to : jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg OR telegram @jocelynchan Jocelyn Chan | Consultant | Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) Company EA Licence number : 99C4599 Personnel EA License: R1331820
