HR + Payroll Executive #ESY

Job Scope • Handle full spectrum of HR operations including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, leave and attendance administration. • Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions. • Ensure timely and accurate submission of CPF, IR8A, SDL, FWL and other statutory requirements. • Maintain accurate employee information and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations. • Handle employee queries relating to payroll, benefits, leave and HR policies. • Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding of new hires. • Assist with work pass applications, renewals and other MOM-related matters where required. • Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, medical claims and other HR welfare matters. • Support performance management, training and employee engagement activities. • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support for audits and other HR projects.
