9 Months Temporary Assistant Executive (Accounts Payable) *WEST* #HZTK

Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours Location: Bukit Merah Job Responsibilities • Prepare schedules for accruals, prepayments, GRIR, and other accounts payable-related items in a timely manner. • Follow up on reconciling items and long-outstanding balances to ensure timely resolution. • Review creditors’ ageing and liaise with vendors to clear long-outstanding debit and credit balances. • Accrue unprocessed invoices, payment requests, and reimbursement claims at month-end to support timely financial closing. • Obtain Statements of Account (SOA) from key and top-tier vendors. • Review vendor SOAs and follow up on reconciling items aged more than 3 months. • Prepare and submit creditors’ reconciliation statements for key vendors. • Follow up actively on outstanding reconciliation items, including obtaining certified true copies of invoices where required. • Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements • Min. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or any related field. • Prior experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting is required. • Familiarity with accruals, prepayments, GRIR, vendor reconciliation, and creditors’ ageing will be advantageous.
