Senior / Assistant Manager, Facilities Projects (Healthcare) Building Projects | Facilities Development | Project Management Join a large healthcare organisation and take ownership of facilities development and infrastructure projects , from feasibility and planning through to project completion. Key Responsibilities • Manage building, facilities and infrastructure projects from planning to completion • Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, budgets and project schedules • Develop concept plans for new facilities and improvement works • Coordinate architectural drawings, building plans and technical documentation • Provide design/project engineering support and technical advice • Manage consultants, contractors and project stakeholders • Ensure projects meet cost, timeline, quality and statutory requirements • Maintain proper drawing, documentation and project records Requirements Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Building or related disciplines Minimum 3 years' experience managing multidisciplinary building/facilities projects Experience handling fast-paced / fast-track projects will be advantageous Familiar with commercial drawing software Strong project coordination, communication and organisational skills Proactive and able to manage projects independently For interested candidates, please send your most recent and updated resume to sallytsin@recruitexpress.com.sg Tsin Chien Yee Sally R25127272 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No. 99C4599
