Customer Service Admin – Legal Firm $2800 - $3000 Toa Payoh 9am - 6pm Job Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and general enquiries from clients • Assist clients with basic information and direct enquiries to the relevant legal team • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between clients and lawyers • Follow up with clients on required documents, appointments and case-related administrative matters • Prepare, organize and maintain client records, documents and correspondence • Perform data entry, filing, scanning and other general administrative duties • Assist the legal team with administrative and customer service support when required • Ensure client information and documents are handled with confidentiality • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the management Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Legal Studies or related field • Previous experience in customer service, administration or front-desk support is preferred • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email • Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment • Willing to learn and handle confidential information responsibly Company Name: Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd EA License No: 24C2338 EA Personnel Name: Loke Sai Lye (Loke) EA Personnel No: R24123366 Email: sales@talentrecruitmentsg.com Contact Number: 81688648
