HR Operations & Employee Relations Specialist #HDC1

Support People Operations, Employee Relations & Workplace Development Looking for an HR role where you can work closely with people while contributing to smooth business operations? Join a dynamic HR team and play an active role in HR operations, employee relations, workforce support, and employee engagement . You’ll partner with managers, supervisors, and employees to address workplace matters, support HR initiatives, and improve people processes across the organisation. Your Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide HR support across assigned business sites or functions. • Assist with recruitment activities, manpower planning, and workforce-related initiatives. • Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and employee programmes in accordance with organisational requirements. • Work closely with managers and supervisors to provide guidance and support on employee-related matters. • Handle employee relations matters, including employee concerns, grievances, investigations, and workplace issues. • Follow up on employee relations cases and ensure appropriate documentation and resolution. • Support employee engagement activities and initiatives aimed at creating a positive and inclusive workplace. • Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery and employee experience. • Collaborate with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to develop and implement practical people solutions. • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee and HR records. • Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and other people-related activities as required. What We’re Looking For • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience , preferably with exposure to employee relations and HR operations. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels. • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple HR matters effectively. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Able to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. • Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a team. • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
