Responsibilities • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions across the organization • Review and reconcile company accounts to maintain financial accuracy and integrity for reliable reporting • Process payments promptly to external partners to maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure uninterrupted services • Maintain up-to-date records of all invoices and receipts to support audit readiness and financial tracking • Coordinate the smooth flow of all office documentation to enhance administrative efficiency and information accessibility • Perform ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required to support business operations and respond to emerging needs
