Job Summary Manage comprehensive HR functions including payroll processing, work pass administration, and HR system database maintenance to support operational efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities • Process monthly payroll accurately to ensure timely employee compensation • Administer work pass applications and renewals to maintain legal workforce compliance • Maintain and verify accuracy of the HR system database to support data integrity and reporting • Manage company vehicle matters such as insurance renewal to ensure operational readiness • Perform a full range of HR functions to support organizational needs and employee relations • Execute ad hoc duties as assigned to support HR and administrative operation • Maintain employee records. • Monitor attendance and leave records. • Coordinate recruitment interviews. • Handle onboarding and offboarding documentation.
