HR Assistant (Up to $3500)

Location: Pasir Ris Salary: Up to $3,500/month Contract: 1 Year Contract, subject to renewal Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–6:00pm; Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm Job Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end Work Permit (WP) applications, renewals, cancellations and related MOM submissions. • Manage work pass documentation and ensure timely submission and follow-up with relevant authorities. • Provide HR administrative support for employee onboarding, transfers, confirmations and offboarding. • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems and documentation. • Liaise with employees, government authorities and internal departments on work pass and HR-related matters. • Prepare HR letters, forms, reports and other employment-related documents. • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. • Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
