6 Months Temp Assistant Executive (AP)

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to : Location: Redhill Salary: $1600 - $2200 Job responsibilities: • Contact existing vendors to communicate the UEN/NRIC payment transition exercise. • Collect, record, and consolidate vendors’ responses, including preferred payment arrangements. • Assist with the maintenance and updating of vendor master records in the system • Perform callback verifications to authenticate vendor information and ensure data accuracy. • Handle vendors’ queries in a timely and professional manner • Compile and maintain a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document for payment transition exercise. • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Job Requirements: • Minimum GCE A-Level qualification. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Meticulous, organised with good communication skills.
