Resident Health & Care Supervisor [WCAN]

• Support the delivery of residents’ routine health and care services under the direction of the doctor and registered nurse. • Assist in monitoring residents’ general health and coordinate with nursing personnel regarding routine care and follow-up needs. • Guide and supervise nursing aides and health attendants in performing their assigned duties and report performance or care-related concerns to the appropriate supervisor. • Assist with emergency response procedures at the Home and promptly notify the appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service when required.
