HR Talent Acquisition Specialist (In-House)

About OOm Institute We don't just teach skills. We change trajectories. OOm Institute is a WSQ-accredited training provider built on a simple but powerful belief: that every learner, given the right knowledge and the right environment, is capable of becoming their best. Backed by over 20 years of hands-on digital expertise from OOm, one of Singapore's leading performance marketing agencies, we bring real-world experience into every classroom, not just theory. Our courses span digital marketing, generative AI, and critical workplace skills, and we work with everyone from fresh career starters to senior leaders at companies like Singtel, SMRT, and Singapore Pools. But regardless of who walks through our doors, our commitment is the same: to give every learner the tools, the thinking, and the confidence to solve problems on their own and not just hand them answers. That philosophy shapes everything about how we operate. We measure ourselves by our learners' outcomes, not our class sizes. We make the difficult call to do less, better, every time. And we play to win, for every person who chooses to learn with us. If you're someone who finds genuine satisfaction in watching people grow, who brings grit and resilience to the work even when it's hard, and who believes that building capability in others is one of the most meaningful things you can do, you'll feel at home here.
