• Record daily financial transactions and maintain a full set of accounts for accurate bookkeeping. • Prepare simple financial reports for management use. • Organize and file accounting documents for proper record-keeping. • Manage warehouse and logistics operations and communicate with customers when needed. • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. • Track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. • Use Microsoft Excel and Office tools for reporting and data management. • Support e-commerce operations across multiple platforms to improve efficiency.
