Maintenance Technician

Job Description • Perform repairs & general maintenance work on various systems, including (but not limited to) M&E, plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry. • Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions. • Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations. • Follow established maintenance strategies and company policies for a safe environment. • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding maintenance statu and issues. • Leverage AI-powered productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot & ChatGPT) to enhance operational efficiency, reporting, and communication • Any other duties within reasonable scope as assigned. • Support the company's sustainability initiatives and contribute to its efforts in building a more sustainable and inclusive organisation. Qualifications and Skills • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experiences in facilities & building maintenance. • ITE NITEC / Higher NITEC / GCE 'N' / 'O' Level / Diploma • Preferably to have hospitality background • Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays • Experience with AI-powered workplace productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other approved AI applications) will be an added advantage.
