Sales Coordinator

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team. • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents. • Process and follow up on customer orders from confirmation through delivery. • Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, warehouse, logistics, and other internal departments. • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the company's system. • Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and outstanding payments where required. • Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and other sales matters. • Assist the sales team with preparing reports, presentations, and sales documentation. • Update pricing, product information, customer details, and sales records as required. • Resolve routine customer issues and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate department. • Attend sales meetings when required. • Perform other administrative and sales-support duties assigned by management.
