Project Coordinator

· To coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information. · To break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. · To liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. · To assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. · To ensure clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. · To prepare quotations and budgets. · To analyse risks and opportunities. · To oversee project procurement management. · To monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. · To be the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders. · To use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures. · To review and issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement). · To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. · To ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
