Logistics Supervisor

Industry: Logistics Conducive Working Environment Location: East Responsibilities: • Responsible for overseeing the department's operations • Business requirements from order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, record and documentations • Training and development of staffs ensuring job compliance, discipline and quality work output from staff • Preparation of management KPIs for timely reporting and management review • Meetings with customers • Handle day to day operational, safety and quality issues • Assign tasks to staff and scheduling • Overall management of the logistics administration and documentation • Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior Requirements: • 3 years relevant experience in a 3PL environment • Hands-on experience and knowledge in warehouse management system, warehouse operations and order processing. • Good interpersonal and communication skills; Able to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment Job ID: JOB-01015 All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
