Regional Business Development Executive (Energy & Power Solutions) $3.7K - $4.5K + PB (up to 3 months) + Company Transport Provided - West Area

Key Responsibilities • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and pinpoint growth opportunities in target regions • Find and evaluate prospective distributors, rental firms, EPC contractors, and industrial end users • Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, phone calls, exhibitions, conferences, and trade missions • Qualify leads and build lasting relationships with distribution partners • Assist the CEO in contract discussions and commercial negotiations • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals and sales presentations • Support the onboarding of new distributors and channel partners • Provide weekly and monthly reports on pipeline status, outreach performance, and market trends • Track distributor performance and sales activity across the region • Help shape the company's regional business strategy • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and partner meetings Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related discipline • 2–5 years of experience in international business development, ideally within industrial equipment, energy solutions, or construction-related sectors (power generation preferred) • Experience with BESS, power systems, or construction equipment is an advantage • Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented How to Apply Send your CV to jeffrey@oaktree.com.sg Jeffrey Chua (R1110624) EA License No: 06C4642
