• Debone pig carcass in a processing line for secondary processing
• Physically fit, able to handle 30 to 45kg weight
• Able to work in cold (10 to 12 degree) environment
• Experience in carcass deboning is a primary requirement
• Experience in Butchery will be considered
• Able to work non-standard hours (4.00am shift)
• 6 Day work week.
• Basic + volume based incentives
