1 Year Contract AVP, HR Payroll Operations (Financial Institution) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities • Own the end to end monthly payroll cycle, including payroll preparation, validation, reconciliation and post payroll controls to ensure accurate and timely salary payments. • Manage the external payroll vendor, including task allocation, service delivery, SLA monitoring, issue resolution and continuous improvement of payroll operations. • Handle statutory payroll requirements including CPF, year end tax reporting, government paid leave claims and statutory submissions, ensuring accurate and timely completion. • Support payroll arrangements for international assignments and mobility cases, including expatriates, trainees, secondments, split payroll and shadow payroll where applicable. • Support payroll audits, reconciliations and compliance reviews; maintain appropriate controls, documentation and audit trails while addressing employee payroll and tax enquiries. • Drive payroll process improvements and system initiatives while supporting related employee lifecycle activities, including benefits administration and cross border employee movements.
