Finance & Reporting Manager [EL]

• Manage month-end closing and prepare timely monthly financial and management reports, including HQ reporting. • Review management accounts and provide variance analysis and commentary on P&L and Balance Sheet performance. • Analyse financial trends and provide insights to support Management's decision-making. • Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary on Board Resolutions, corporate governance matters and applicable statutory requirements. • Coordinate year-end audit activities and ensure timely preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation. • Manage and coordinate GST, Corporate Income Tax and transfer pricing compliance in accordance with applicable Singapore requirements. • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and relevant stakeholders on financial, audit and tax matters. • Support the maintenance of effective financial reporting and compliance processes. • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, analysis and other assignments as required by Management.
