Project Engineer – Valves & Actuation [WCDT]

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate projects from order confirmation through to final delivery, ensuring agreed timelines and deliverables are achieved. • Review product specifications and technical requirements for valves and actuation products to ensure alignment with project needs. • Act as a key coordination point between customers, suppliers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Track project schedules, milestones and outstanding actions, and follow up with relevant parties to maintain project timelines. • Identify potential delays or issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support timely resolution. • Prepare and maintain accurate technical documents, project reports and related records. • Support procurement and sourcing activities, including obtaining and evaluating supplier quotations. • Liaise with suppliers on pricing, quality, delivery and technical requirements, and support negotiations to achieve appropriate commercial outcomes.
