Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings and visitors. Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting materials and other documents. Handle incoming correspondence and identify urgent or important matters. Arrange business lunches, dinners, meetings and reservations. Coordinate business travel, including itineraries, travel documents and expense claims. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-up. Coordinate with overseas stakeholders on administrative and business matters. Assist with translation and preparation of documents Maintain proper filing and records of documents and correspondence. Support other administrative duties and tasks assigned by the General Manager.
