Nursing Officer [WCAN]

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care based on patients’ individual needs, medical orders and established clinical standards. • Ensure nursing care complies with hospital policies and professional standards relating to documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection prevention and control. • Communicate relevant changes in patients’ conditions, treatment plans, nursing interventions and outcomes to the Senior Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager and attending doctor in a timely manner. • Proactively identify and address patient safety risks and ensure clinical incidents are promptly documented and reported in accordance with hospital policies. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other hospital departments to support safe, coordinated and holistic patient care. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient billing and maintain appropriate supporting documentation. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives relating to patient safety, nursing practice and quality of care.
