Investment Analyst (Real Estate)

[Job ID: 1690596] Key Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed financial modelling and analysis for potential real estate investments • Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks • Assist in preparing investment proposals, papers, and presentations for senior management • Conduct due diligence on potential investment properties, including site visits and document reviews • Monitor and report on the performance of existing real estate investments • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (brokers, legal advisors, property managers) • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices • Extensive travel may be required, sometimes at short notice Requirements: • Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline • At least 2 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in real estate, property, investment, asset management, or corporate finance • Candidates with strong real estate finance experience but limited direct investment experience are encouraged to apply • Strong interest in developing a career in real estate investment and asset management • Good understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and investment concepts • Strong Excel skills with the ability to build, analyse, and work with financial models • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
