Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer (Condition Monitoring)

Job ID: 1691855 Job Summary: Drive regional technical sales and customer support for industrial instrumentation and condition monitoring solutions across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities: • Manage existing customers and recommend suitable instrumentation and condition monitoring solutions. • Provide technical advice, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with engineering teams on solutions. • Prepare proposals and quotations while developing sales opportunities for products and services. • Support overseas distributors through customer visits, technical guidance, and product training. • Travel to Thailand, Indonesia, and other regional markets as required. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales, application engineering, or service engineering. • Knowledge of transducers, vibration monitoring systems, or industrial measuring instruments. • Ability to independently manage customer requirements and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders. • Willingness to travel overseas as required. • Regional distributor support experience is an added advantage.
