IT Application Support - Corporate Banking

[Job ID: 1691769] Job Responsibilities • User Support & Communication: Provide responsive technical and non-technical IT support to users across the Singapore branch, addressing queries and incidents efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. • Issue Management & Reporting: Take ownership of user issues, proactively identify solutions, and communicate incidents clearly to relevant stakeholders, including the business impact, root cause, and available workarounds. • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with users, technical teams, senior management, L3 support teams, and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of IT issues and effective service delivery. • Service Improvement: Maintain accurate records of user requests, incidents, and resolutions, and prepare regular reports to support service monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. • SLA & Vendor Management: Work with L3 support teams and vendors to establish and monitor service-level expectations, ensuring agreed service standards and guidelines are consistently met. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve IT support processes, user experience, and service efficiency through effective documentation, analysis, and implementation of improvements. • Project Support: Assist with the planning and execution of IT-related projects, coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation. Requirements • Relevant Experience: Experience in L2 IT support within a corporate banking or financial services environment. • Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) systems and related banking operations. • Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and incident-management capabilities, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and business stakeholders. • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with internal teams, L3 support functions, vendors, and business users. • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues, assessing business impact, and implementing appropriate solutions or workarounds.
