HR Executive (Up to $4k + AWS + VB / Bugis)

[Job ID: 1691853] Responsibilities • Coordinate and organise regional HR initiatives, including employee engagement, talent development, management development programmes, and HR meetings. • Prepare and manage programme logistics, accommodation arrangements, meeting schedules, and content coordination for regional projects. • Consolidate personnel statistics from HR and finance stakeholders to ensure accurate monthly reporting. • Support compliance audits, review findings, and recommend corrective actions to strengthen compliance. • Analyse HR data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. • Support international and Japanese expatriate administration and ensure smooth regional mobility processes. • Monitor employment legislation and workplace regulations to support legal and regulatory compliance across the region. • Provide administrative and operational support to General Affairs functions when required. • Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives assigned by the HR Manager and Regional HRBP team. Requirements • • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant field. • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR operations, or related functions. • Experience in HR Data Analytics is required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Experience facilitating group meetings and managing multiple stakeholders. • Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in Singapore and within the ASAO (ASEAN, South Asia, and Oceania) region is an added advantage. • Experience supporting expatriate administration or regional HR operations is an added advantage. • Comfortable with business travelling as required.
