Regulatory Compliance Senior Specialist – Regional Bank

The Role We are partnering with a regional bank that is seeking a Senior Specialist, Regulatory Compliance to join its Singapore team. This opportunity is suited for a compliance professional with experience in regulatory compliance and advisory. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to support regulatory initiatives, monitor compliance requirements, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the firm's compliance framework. Responsibilities • Provide regulatory compliance advisory support to business and functional stakeholders • Monitor regulatory developments and communicate key updates across the business • Perform compliance monitoring and testing reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements • Support governance reporting and the preparation of compliance-related management materials • Assist with FATCA and CRS reporting obligations • Support regulatory engagements, audits, compliance training and ad hoc projects Requirements • 3+ years of Regulatory Compliance experience within banking or financial services • Strong compliance advisory experience supporting business stakeholders • Good understanding of MAS regulations, notices and guidelines • Experience in compliance monitoring, testing and regulatory reporting activities • Familiarity with FATCA and CRS reporting requirements • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and overseas counterparts WP Reg No. R2094093 BeathChapman Pte Ltd Licence no. 16S8112
