📍 Location: Sembawang 💰 Salary: $2,000/month 🕐 9:00am - 5:30pm Looking for a role that combines administration, coordination and day-to-day operations? Join our team as an Operations Coordinator, where you'll support daily operations, coordinate customer orders and work closely with internal teams and external parties to keep things running smoothly! 💼 What You'll Be Doing • Coordinate daily operational and administrative activities • Follow up on customer orders from start to completion • Liaise with customers, production teams and external vendors • Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on feedback • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records • Assist with invoicing and related documentation • Support the smooth running of daily plant operations • Occasionally provide operational support to the laundry team when required • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned ✅ What We're Looking For • Minimum NITEC, GCE O-Level or equivalent • No prior experience required as training will be provided! • Familiarity with invoicing will be an advantage • Comfortable using Microsoft Office • Good communication and coordination skills • Organised, responsible and comfortable handling multiple tasks All interested candidates are invited to email your resume in MS Word format to: Jenny.ng@recruitexpress.com.sg Jenny Ng Zhern Ing Outsourcing Team Recruit Express Pte Ltd Company Reg.
