Job Responsibilities: • Process and assess applications for schemes and services. • Review application information and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Handle phone and email enquiries relating to assigned schemes and services. • Provide clear and timely responses to applicants and relevant stakeholders. • Assist with data entry and maintenance of records in the relevant systems. • Support filing, sorting, documentation, and archiving of records. • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in any discipline. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
