Customer Service
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
Develop and conduct staff training programs.
Train new hires on KTV SOPs, service standards, and operations.
Coach Front Desk, Service Crew, Supervisors, and Managers.
Monitor staff performance and identify training needs.
Conduct service and operational assessments.
Maintain training records and employee development plans.
Develop leadership and career progression programs.
Ensure consistent customer service and operational standards.
Work with management to improve staff performance and service quality.
Working Hours:
6 WD per week, 10hrs Per Day (Included 1hrs Break)
Meals Provided.
