Job Responsibilities: 1. Drink Preparation & Service · Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests · Mix cocktails and other drinks based on standard or custom recipes · Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation · Recommend beverages based on customer preferences 2. Customer Interaction · Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner · Handle special requests or complaints politely and promptly 3. Inventory & Stock Management · Monitor bar stock and restock as needed · Receive and check incoming stock · Assist in monthly stock-taking and reporting 4. Cleanliness & Hygiene · Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, and glassware · Follow hygiene and safety regulations strictly 5.
