Your Role • Support recruitment activities across the healthcare sector, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination. • Conduct market research to identify relevant talent pools, industry trends, and potential opportunities. • Source and screen candidates according to recruitment requirements. • Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders. • Assist with candidate engagement, follow-ups, and recruitment coordination. • Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, reports, and documentation. • Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team. • Assist with business development and market-mapping initiatives. • Share ideas and contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate engagement. • Gain exposure to current recruitment practices, workforce solutions, and healthcare industry developments. What We’re Looking For • GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or higher qualifications. • Interest in recruitment, healthcare, human resources, business, or related areas. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
