Customer Support Executive [SL]

Key Responsibilities • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner. • Provide customers with accurate information on products, services, orders, quotations and delivery schedules. • Process customer orders, quotations and related documents accurately. • Monitor and follow up on order status, deliveries and outstanding customer requests. • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics and other internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment. • Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers through responsive service and timely follow-up. • Handle customer complaints and feedback, identify the relevant issues and coordinate appropriate solutions. • Maintain accurate customer information and records in the relevant systems. • Prepare basic reports and provide general administrative support when required. • Undertake other customer service, administrative and operational duties as assigned.
