Job Description • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and other HR-related processes. • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and documentation. • Assist with data consolidation, reporting and preparation of HR materials. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on HR matters and ongoing initiatives. • Support process improvements and other HR projects as required. • Handle employee information with confidentiality and professionalism. Job Requirements • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline. • Prior HR experience would be advantageous. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
